Healthy Vegan Breakfast August 30 2010
My breakfast this morning…

A healthy vegan and Paleo-friendly breakfast of mangos, strawberries, raw walnuts, and water
Good, and good for you. Mangos and strawberries are delicious together. The strawberries are organic – any fruit you eat the skin with should be organic to avoid chemicals. The walnuts are full of protein and Omegas. And, the water is naturally alkaline to assist in keeping inflammation down.
Eat healthy – weight loss is at least 80% nutrition!
